Nettle herb or Urtica dioica is a nutritious herbaceous perennial that has long been used by herbalists in dried or tea form and as a general tonic. Infuse 1 - 2 teaspoons in hot water and allow to steep for 5 minutes before drinking.

To use, simply add to hot water and allow to infuse for 5 minutes before drinking.
