LAVENDER
Lavender Tea is made by brewing the purple buds of the Lavender flower with hot water to provide a calming herbal tea which is a delicious taste on the tongue.
This tea can be enjoyed either hot or cold and is perfect to enjoy in the nighttime. To get the best out of the herb make sure to let it steep for around 10 to 15 mins to get the full lavender experience.
What is less well known is that these dried lavender flowers are also perfect to add to savoury dishes, if you use them like rosemary, it can be used as seasonings for several vegetable dishes and it can also be added to sweet dishes like ice cream and cheesecakes.
